Kyle Lowry is the type of player than can explode and take over the game at any given time. The 2019 NBA champion is so underrated that no one is talking about despite rated higher than Kawhi Leonard in NBA Hall of fame probability – at least for now.
After drafted number 27 overall in 2006, Lowry started his career with Adidas, but then briefly moved to Chinese brand Peak Sports, before returning to Adidas on 2014 where he has been awarded some stylish player editions. Known for his grit, work ethic and hustle, Lowry tried the Pro Bounce Low early in the 2018-19 season but has since moved on to the Harden Vol. 3.
In 2014, Lowry was involved in a shoe-related incident when the shoes he tossed to a Raptors fan in Chicago were stolen away by a Bulls fan. Lowry subsequently gave the fan a new pair of shoes in Toronto.
Adidas is known for signing guars after a “failure of a lifetime” with Michael Jordan that eventually led him to sign with Nike because Adidas that time was looking for taller players. No wonder why Lowry, the 6 feet guard is still with Adidas.
